We are currently hiring for three associate roles based in Hong Kong each offering a unique opportunity to shape the future of our APAC operations.

Below responsibilities and requirements:
1. Associate Operations
Job Responsibilities:
Handling P&L calculations amortisation schedules waterfall calculations etc.;
Executing and administrating various corporate trustee and agency duties including liaising with clients;
Handle client instructions for cash/securities in various markets
Work closely with internal deal and finance teams on transaction administration and monitoring;
Assist with ad hoc projects and duties as required.
Key Requirements:
Bachelors degree or higher in Accounting or Finance discipline
1-3 years post graduate experience in accounting banking or corporate finance industry
Good business sense and commercial acumen
Strong financial and business analytical skills
Self-motivated dedicated and outgoing team player
Excellent communication skills (written and spoken) in English are essential with Mandarin an advantage
2.Associate Deal
Job Responsibilities:
Draft prepare review and comment on a variety of legal and corporate finance documents.
Liaise with clients and service providers
Coordinate internal procedures including for the Compliance Finance and Operations functions
Assist with ad hoc projects and research as required
Transactional case management support
Key Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Law/Legal studies.
Fresh graduate or 2 years of legal experience or Qualified Lawyer with 1 year PQE.
Knowledgeable and experienced in corporate and commercial areas or analytical corporate finance experience in a financial institution/NBFI corporate or private practice.
A practical understanding of APLMA based and/or public debt finance documentation and familiarity with due diligence process and anti-money laundering requirements.
Has initiative and a dedicated team player.
Excellent communication skills (written and spoken) in English; Chinese verbal and written literacy would be considered favorably.
3. Associate Compliance
Job Responsibilities:
Primarily conduct client onboarding procedures including AML/CFT and KYC
Transactional case management support
Provide administrative support in the corporate trustee and corporate finance areas
Assist with ad-hoc projects and research as required
Key Requirements:
Degree in Legal Studies Finance Economics Business Administration or Accountancy
Min. 3 years of experience in large corporate restructuring legal or corporate finance in a bank or non-bank financial institution law firm or funds
Familiarity with corporate finance documents with knowledge in FATCA and CRS reporting
Possess practical understanding of the due diligence process; anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing requirements predominantly in Hong Kong and Singapore (with sanctions knowledge a plus)
Self-motivated organized attention to details and strong interpersonal skills
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and work under tight deadlines
Excellent communication skills (written and spoken) in English
Proficiency with excel worksheets in data management
Proficient written Chinese and spoken Mandarin skills and Bahasa Indonesia a plus
