Job Summary

Human Resources Officer in the Human Resources Office (HRO) (Ref.:533708)

We are looking for a Human Resources Officer to join the Human Resources Office to support HR information system HR analytics and digital transformation.

The Role

The appointee will:

  • Design build and develop regular reports interactive dashboards and data models to provide insights and actionable points for management and stakeholders
  • Analyse complex data sets to identify patterns and opportunities for process improvement
  • Utilize data analytics tools and software e.g. Excel PowerBI to enhance data analysis and reporting capabilities
  • Ensure data accuracy integrity and reliability across all analytics and reporting processes
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to gather business requirements ensuring project alignment and successful implementation
  • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and facilitate training sessions for end-users
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Qualities

  • A good Bachelors degree preferably in Information Systems or other related fields
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in HR information system support and digital transformation
  • Proficiency in data reporting and visualization tools e.g. PowerBI
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese
  • Good analytical problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently
  • A good team player who can collaborate with different internal and external stakeholders of the University

What We Offer

The appointment will be made on fixed-term full-time contract to commence as soon as possible with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance. A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered together with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme at 10% of basic salary. Other benefits include annual leave and medical benefits.
