Kroll Agency and Trustee Services (KATS) provides independent conflict-free third-party agency and trustee services across the loan and bond markets. We have developed our strong reputation by delivering proactive and bespoke services and currently manage over 900 transactions globally.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Draft prepare review and comment on a variety of legal and corporate finance documents
Liaise with clients and service providers
Conduct client onboarding procedures including AML/CFT and KYC
Provide administrative support in the corporate finance areas
Assistwith ad hoc projects and research asrequired
Transactional case management support
REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree in legal studies
- 1to 3 years of legal experience in corporate and commercial areas and analytical corporate finance experience in a financial institution NBFI
- Possess practical understanding of APLMA based finance documentation due diligenceprocessand anti-money laundering requirements a plus
- Self-motivateddedicatedand outgoing team player
- Excellent communication skills (written and spoken) in English and second language preferred
