Join us atBang & Olufsen as a Junior Performance Measurement Analyst and be part of our newly forming Data & Performance Measurement team in Sofia. Youll support our experienced colleagues in Lyngby Denmark and grow your skills while contributing to impactful reporting and analysis.

What youll do

• Learn to ensure high-quality data collection from global partners using our internal tools
• Support the development and maintenance of dashboards and reports in Power BI
• Help improve corporate reporting processes with guidance from senior team members
• Assist users with training and troubleshooting
• Collaborate with international colleagues and external partners
• Explore opportunities to automate and streamline data processes
• Take on ad-hoc analysis tasks as you grow more confident

What you bring

Youre eager to start a data-driven career curious by nature and detail-oriented. Youre not expected to know everything but you are expected to be willing to learn.

We imagine that you:

• Have a degree in Business Finance Economics Mathematics Data Science or a related field
• Are comfortable working with numbers and data
• Have basic knowledge of tools like Excel or Power BI
• Are curious about data analytics tools like Python and R but its okay if you havent used them yet
• Enjoy collaborating and communicating with different stakeholders
• Are proactive open-minded and eager to grow

Youll be part of a collaborative cross-functional environment and work closely with stakeholders across IT Finance Marketing Retail and Operations. As part of a newly forming team in Sofia youll have the opportunity to shape processes and influence how performance is measured and communicated within Bang & Olufsen.
