Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain advanced dashboards and data models using Power BI and Excel
Analyze large datasets across market sales medical and performance metrics
Lead data governance and ensure integration across platforms and sources
Translate complex data into clear KPIs and visual insights for stakeholders
Act as a trusted analytics advisor to Commercial Excellence & Insight Managers to support brand and market performance decisions
Essential Requirements
Bachelors or masters degree in data science Business Analytics Life Sciences Economics or related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in data analysis and dashboard development in a commercial or pharmaceutical setting
Advanced proficiency in Power BI including DAX data modeling and interactive visual design
Strong business acumen with the ability to link analytics to brand strategy and customer behavior
Self-starter with attention to detail and ability to manage ambiguity and multiple data sources
Fluent in both Czech and English
Desirable Requirements
Experience working in pharmaceutical companies
Familiarity with AI-enhanced analytics tools or predictive modeling techniques
