What you will do
Develop and maintain high-quality technical documentation including user documentation API documentation release notes and troubleshooting topics reporting to the VP Product Management Platform Services & Monitor.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather information and ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation.
Translate complex technical concepts into clear concise and accessible content for a range of audiences including developers system administrators and security professionals.
Participate in product planning and design discussions to advocate for documentation best practices and ensure documentation requirements are considered early in the development process.
Continuously improve documentation processes and tools to streamline content creation review and publication workflows.
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in technical writing documentation tools and information architecture.
What you will bring with you
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Technical Communication English or related field.
5 years of experience in technical writing preferably in the software industry.
Proficiency in documentation tools such as Markdown and version control systems (GitHub).
Experience with the docs-as-code workflow.
Knowledge of cloud computing platforms (such as GCP AWS and Azure) and containerization technologies (such as Docker Kubernetes).
Ability to use AI/ML tools
Familiarity with CSS and Python scripting would be a plus
