Job Summary
Candidate is able to provide guidance to large teams and/or has extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field.
Provide a short description of the Position:
The consultant hired from this procurement will perform development of a application for the outdated RFMS application and implementation and onboarding to the NAC.
Primary responsibility will be development of these applications using our defined technology stack.
Provide a list of the day-to-day tasks to be performed by the Selected Candidate:
Development work required to support upgrading the RFMS application from outdated technology and onboarding for the NAC process.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Primary development for the RFMS application.
Primary development for other projects as necessary
Provide expertise and guidance to lower-level programming staff
Assist with architectural overview of new proposed applications
Assist with other tasks and projects as assigned.
Work independently with Program area staff to understand requirements of system.

| 2 | 84 months experience coding with C# | |
| 3 | 36 months experience developing applications utilizing MVC. | |
| 4 | 72 months development experience using Oracle and/or SQL with experience in SQL programming stored procedures and oracle packages. | |
| 5 | 36 months experience creating n-tiered applications utilizing Microsofts Entity Framework. | |
| 6 | 36 months experience creating n-tiered applications with Javascript jQuery AngularJS Wijmo | |
| 7 | 12 months experience using Responsive Web Design such as Bootstrap. | |
| 8 | 24 months experience developing projects related to social services (for example Food Stamps Medicaid HEAP TANF) or accounting. | |
| 9 | Bachelors Degree |
