JOB DESCRIPTION

The Product Professional Leads the development of the Product Vision at the Family level that drives business value and an improved customer experience while ensuring alignment / manages dependencies across Team within a Product Family and with cross functional partners.
The Senior Principal as an IC is a servant leader and not the manager of team members.
In Depth of knowledge so that they can see patterns without having to dissect it step by step.
Often recognized outside their company for their contributions to their profession.
Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.
Works in workstreams focused on core customer success domains like service operations disaster recovery and observability.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

Financial Industry Experience or DATA DOG/NEW RELIC
Monitoring Logging and Alerting tools (MLA)
Telemetry strategy
Communication Skills-Interact with various teams (Engineering Product)
SDLC -End to End (Ideation to execution)
Platform Convergence
Capture requirements and user stories
Data Dog/New Relic or similar tech stack
Involved with integration observability
MLA Tech Stack
Technical Program Manager with Product experience
Tech and non-tech stakeholder management
Work on workstream of observability integration-DATA DOG/NEW RELIC (Merging of 2 platforms)
Partnership with Product folks on team and Development Team
A lot of cross-functional work with other teams
Strategic alignment with product owners
Technical background including -SDLC exposure/Monitoring Logging and Alerting (MLA)
OBSERVABILITY STACK and WORKSTREAM
Jira-MUST
Risk Management-Cybersecurity
Capture requirements with user stories
