Job Description:
Were seeking a Staff-level DevOps Engineer to enhance internal developer experience across engineering teams. The ideal candidate will be a platform-focused technologist skilled in CI/CD automation AWS Kubernetes and Terraform. Youll architect scalable solutions lead best practices for infrastructure and tooling and drive adoption of internal developer platforms.

Responsibilities:

Define the roadmap for developer platform tools and CI/CD pipelines.
Build internal CLIs frameworks and automation pipelines using GitHub Actions.
Partner with engineering teams to enhance developer productivity.
Govern standards around IaC observability and security integrations.
Mentor engineers and lead DevOps excellence across teams.

Required Skills:

8 years overall experience (2 at Staff or leadership level).
GitHub Actions AWS Kubernetes Terraform/Terragrunt.
Go Python or TypeScript programming.
Proven experience improving Developer Experience or building internal platforms.
