Pay :
HK$26908 to HK$50373 (HGPS Pt 9 Pt 21) per month including Monthly Allowance
Up to 15% of total basic salary (after deducting the contribution of Mandatory Provident Fund by Hospital Authority) as end-of-contract gratuity may be offered to contract staff upon completion of the contract subject to satisfactory performance.
1. To organize empowerment and psychosocial programs for patients and carers in Cancer Patient Resource Centres.
2. To support volunteer services including recruitment training service matching & recognition.
3. To nurture mutual support networks.
4. To assist networking projects with community partners.
5. To perform any job-related duties assigned by seniors.
Entry Requirements:
1. A diploma in Social Work from a local academic institution or equivalent.
2. Registration with and a valid registration certificate issued by the Hong Kong Social Workers Registration Board.
3. Fluency in written English and Chinese as well as spoken English and Cantonese.
Preferred Attributes / Exposure:
1. (a) Grade E in English Language (Syllabus B) and Chinese Language in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination or equivalent.
OR
(b) Level 2 in English Language and Chinese Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education or equivalent.
2. Professional background of psychology and counseling is preferable.
3. Proficient in using group work skill & virtual technology in programs.
4. Good communication skills.
5. Creativity and efficiency.

2. The selected candidate will be offered either contract or fixed term appointment for a period up to 29 May 2027 depending on his/her existing employment terms.
3. This post is time-limited in nature. The renewal / extension of appointment will be subject to service needs availability of funding and job performance.
