Requirements
Higher Diploma in Computer Engineering / Quantity Surveying / Civil Engineering / Building Services or a related discipline with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience
Knowledge of various corporate management information systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
Remarks
Appointment will be made on two-year renewable contract terms
Candidates with lower qualification but extensive experience will also be considered

Responsibilities
Assist with planning and modification of engineering works for railway assets
Manage system data input for engineering works planning and booking to ensure maintenance requests are processed accurately and timely
Perform data quality checking data manipulation and system codes maintenance
Compile regular management reports and provide support in contract administration
Assist in the maintenance development and enhancement of various management information systems
Provide support on budget preparation of maintenance activities
Collaborate with Planning & Control team to govern maintenance activities in accordance with Asset Management System and Integrated Management System
