Job Summary
Drive TRC business growth in GC market via Identify prioritize and pursue business opportunities with new customer prospects and secure future business. Develop and drive execution of agreed strategic initiatives and supporting key opportunities.
What you will do
- GC can-food & ready meal industry mapping segmentation by category and creation of prospection plan.
- Develop GC TRC business plan (strategy objectives portfolio pricing local competence building supply chain etc.) and ensure the alignment with functional counterparts of both GC market and global.
- Provide inputs to TRC Product Portfolio management customer/market feedback on product performance gaps/improvement needs; Provide inputs to TRC business intelligence (intelligence manufacturers competitors portfolio requirements)
- Lead the sales of TRC to identified prospects in the market.
- Market Company commercial representative in CE Sales process and Installation to Performance process.
- Participate Customer Management during start-up phase participant together with the key account managers in the activities for existing customers (quality performance equipment utilization etc.)
We believe you have
- BD experience: minimum 4 years of BD experience with successful track record of generating new business (suspect to prospect).
- Industry understanding
- a)Food & ready meal market understanding customers / consumers / categories mapping to identify opportunities.
- b)Food processing & packaging technology understanding equipment / product (top priorities vegetable fruit tomato ready meal)
- c)Food industry business model understanding value chain application of food processing & packaging assess and quantify opportunities along with other functions / Processing / Marketing / Services etc.
- Education: graduation and post-graduation in Business Administration Economics Engineering or Food processing.
- Good communication skill with strong interests in new business development.
- Good English in reading writing listening and speaking.
