Description

We are seeking a talented and motivated Sr. Consultant for Business Development in Carbon Credits to join our team in Ahmedabad Gujarat. This role is focused on driving sales and expanding our presence in the energy sector. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of carbon credit markets excellent relationship management skills and a passion for sustainability. Your efforts will contribute to our mission to promote sustainable practices while supporting our clients in achieving their carbon neutrality goals.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new clients in the carbon credits sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients stakeholders and industry partners.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities within the carbon credits market.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations proposals and reports to clients on carbon credit options.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with company goals and objectives.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics and forecasts.
  • Stay updated on industry regulations and changes impacting carbon credit markets.
  • Provide expert advice and insights regarding carbon credits and sustainability initiatives.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or business development preferably in the energy or environmental sector.
  • Strong knowledge of carbon credits sustainability and related environmental regulations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage and influence clients.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales software.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary for client meetings and industry events.
