Develop and maintain relationships with both Apple account managers and channel partners supported by a deep understanding of the closely with partners in scope to develop and implement amazing marketing campaigns across traditional and digital media:- Engage with partners to establish annual/quarterly marketing plan.- Educate partners on Apples product launch communication guidelines and share marketing collaterals.- Advise partners to prepare high-quality campaigns in line with Apple level of expectations including relevant message audience and media and drive awareness foot traffic and sales.- Review and approve ATL and BTL communications from partners.- Measure asset usage and marketing efficiency across all partners to set up outstanding eCommerce capabilities that improve omni-channel experience and help drive sales:- Forge an opinion on partners online capabilities across all aspects of the online experience - eg. traffic generation buy-flow fulfilment.- Find opportunities for improvement and establish clear recommendations to achieve best-in-class experience.- Assist sales with setting up online programs such as online affordability and online attach.- Work with partners to implement improvement programs to uplift online capabilities and drive an incredible customer and implement programs (ie. partner-run activities such as group demos workshops webinars online demos etc.) to improve product story-telling across the channel:- Monitor ongoing programs and collaborate closely with partners to discuss improvement opportunities.- Work with country teams to find opportunities for new programs concepts to deliver a richer experience to customers.- Coordinate setup of new programs in collaboration with partners and relevant Apple Sales country teams with other value-add initiatives such as collection of channel insight to better understand market trends and customer behaviour.
- 10 years or more experience in a marketing role with solid project management experience ideally in the retail industry or related industry relevant to the role (experience in the consumer electronics industry is a plus).
- Strong analytical and reporting skills. Ability to identify trends and make informed decisions/recommendations grounded in data and analytics.
- Ability to work cross functionally influence and form close partnerships with a variety of teams internally and externally.
- Proven organisational skills ability to prioritise tasks and manage time efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- English proficiency is a must.
- Other South Asian language skills are a plus.
- Ability to see the world through the eyes of the customer by deeply understanding their needs challenges and concerns you obsess over how customers experience products and services.
- Working experience across in Philippines and other SA markets.
- Excellent written presentation and oral communication skills.
- Strong level of integrity honesty and accountability in all that you do.
