Human Resources Manager / HRBP in this role get to:

- Drive operational excellence in key HR practices: And lead initiatives driving employee engagement retention and development. The role also contributes to positive internal branding.

- Reward Strategy - Understands communicates and applies reward strategy
- Employee Relations Applies employee relations and employment practices in order to create a positive ethical effective work environment
- Reporting and Analytics - Produce and deliver standard (monthly quarterly and annual) and customized HR reports. Deep understanding of HR data demographics and business KPIs
- Manage Disciplinary grievance and compliance processes and respective investigations.

- Must have FY25 PDP rating of Exceeds Expectations (4) or Outstanding (5)
- Tenure of at least 18 months
- No Active DA
