Private Equity Real Estate Manager / Senior Analyst

The Opportunity
We are seeking a Manager or Senior Analyst to join the firms high-performing Capital Markets & Transactions team. This is a pivotal role supporting the execution and funding of real estate transactions across the country including acquisitions joint ventures structured partnerships refinancing and recapitalisations.
You will work closely with senior leaders on complex deals lead financial modelling and feasibility analysis and engage with investors lenders advisors and internal stakeholders. This role is ideal for someone who is commercially astute analytically strong and eager to contribute to the success of a sophisticated investment platform.
Key Responsibilities
Operating as part of the deal execution team and reporting to the Senior Capital Transactions Manager you will:
- Support all stages of deal executionfrom due diligence and feasibility analysis through to structuring documentation and funding.
- Prepare refine and maintain advanced Excel financial models for acquisitions feasibility assessments capital structuring and investment analysis.
- Review and assist in preparing equity and debt documentation including term sheets credit papers and legal agreements.
- Analyse market research financial statements and transaction data to inform investment decisions.
- Prepare polished presentations and responses to RFIs from investors and financiers distilling complex financial concepts into clear compelling insights.
- Identify and articulate risks opportunities and strategic value drivers across proposed transactions.
- Build a deep understanding of the firms investment mandates debt policies and risk-management frameworks.
- Provide ad-hoc commercial analysis to internal groups including Funds Management Asset Management Development and Finance.
- Work collaboratively with external advisors consultants and service providers to drive transaction outcomes.
About You
You will thrive in this role if you bring:
- Tertiary qualifications in Real Estate Finance Commerce Business Law or a related discipline.
- 5 years of experience in real estate investment private equity capital markets consulting legal advisory or financing.
- Strong knowledge of commercial real estate fundamentals market dynamics valuation methodologies and risk assessment.
- High proficiency in Excel financial modelling PowerPoint and Word.
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
- Strong commercial acumen strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills particularly in crafting presentations and explaining financial outcomes to stakeholders.
