In cybersecurity incident management at PwC you will focus on effectively responding to and mitigating cyber threats maintaining the security of client systems and data. Cybersecurity Inquiry & Response Analyst Job Description

Associate Qualifications:

  • 13 years of experience in a cybersecurity compliance IT audit or GRC support role.
  • Understanding of cybersecurity principles and frameworks (e.g. NIST CSF ISO 27001 SOC 2 HIPAA).
  • Experience in cybersecurity operations and vulnerability management.
  • Experience with ITSM workflow escalation and case tracking expertise (e.g. ServiceNow Jira).
  • Proficient in documentation reporting and technical writing (including SOP/manual development).
  • Interpreting vulnerability scan tools and reports.

Senior Associate Qualifications:

  • 4-6 years of experience in a cybersecurity compliance IT audit or GRC support role.
  • Understanding of cybersecurity principles and frameworks (e.g. NIST CSF ISO 27001 SOC 2 HIPAA).
  • Experience in cybersecurity operations and vulnerability management.
  • Experience with ITSM workflow escalation and case tracking expertise (e.g. ServiceNow Jira).
  • Proficient in documentation reporting and technical writing (including SOP/manual development).
  • Interpreting vulnerability scan tools and reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage intake triage routing and follow-up of customer security and privacy inquiries via the case management system.
  • Input and maintain structured assessment records (product- and enterprise-level) into the ticketing system.
  • Perform initial quality and completeness checks on inquiry submissions.
  • Review AI-generated response drafts against established assessment inventories and knowledge sources.
  • Validate and refine final responses based on cross-referencing with historical records and content libraries.
  • Escalate unresolved or unclear inquiries to relevant GE Healthcare application product or compliance teams.
  • Contribute to and maintain standardized response templates reusable content and AI training inputs.
  • Maintain up-to-date technical documentation assessment catalogs and response inventories.
  • Document and refine operational procedures SOPs and internal playbooks to support scalable inquiry handling.
  • Generate and distribute weekly/monthly performance and KPI reports including volume trends and turnaround times.
  • Support a flexible-shift operating model to provide global time zone coverage across 120 active assessments daily.
  • Participate in continuous improvement efforts feedback loops and AI content enhancement cycles.
