Duties and Responsibilities
work on a project related to silicon carbide
Design experiments and studies for bipolar degradation of SiC devices
coordinate data collection and analysis
support the organization of dissemination events
assist in the preparation of reports
perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
a Ph.D. degree in Physics Materials Sciences or Electronic Engineering
at least 1 years relevant working experience (including PhD research experience) in semiconductor device fabrication and characterization.
an excellent command of written and spoken English
good interpersonal communication organizational and problem-solving skills
the ability to work on a tight schedule to meet project deadlines
the ability to work independently and in a team
self-motivated and responsible
What We Offer
The appointment will commence as soon as possible on a temporary basis until 30 June 2026. A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered. Other benefits include annual leave medical benefits and free access to on-campus gyms and libraries.
