Job Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project management frameworks methodologies templates and best practices.
- Monitor and report on the status progress and performance of all active projects and programs.
- Support resource allocation and capacity planning across multiple projects.
- Track budgets forecasts and financial performance for the project portfolio.
- Identify assess and escalate project risks dependencies and issues to leadership.
- Prepare executive dashboards KPI reports and portfolio updates for senior management.
- Analyze lessons learned and implement improvements in project delivery practices.
- Provide guidance coaching and administrative support to project teams
- Ensure all projects align with the organizations business goals and strategic roadmap.
Qualifications:
- 8-10 years of relevant experience in PMO related responsibilities preferably Technical background.
- Bachelors degree in Business Management IT Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in project management program coordination or PMO operations.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g. PMI PRINCE2 Agile).
- Excellent communication analytical and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. MS Project JIRA Smartsheet Asana).
- Projects with technical content knows what is going on trading desks EQD background is preferred.
- Able to speak and write Mandarin is a must
- Needs to pick up new business fast and react to problems short learning curve
