Location: Hybrid role Split between visiting prospects/clients face-to-face and work from home.
About the Role
Join our expanding sales team in a field-based role where youll be out meeting businesses face-to-face and driving new growth. As a B2B Sales Consultant youll be on the front line connecting with small-to-medium businesses introducing them to our shipping solutions and helping them save time money and hassle on their logistics. Youll spend most of your time meeting with key decision-makers presenting tailored solutions and turning prospects into long-term customers.
Engage with businesses: Reach out to small-to-medium companies and schedule meetings with key decision-makers to understand their shipping challenges.
Identify customer needs: Ask the right questions to uncover inefficiencies highlight opportunities and demonstrate how our solutions can make a real difference.
Win new business: Guide prospects from first contact through to becoming loyal customers showing them the value of partnering with InXpress.
Maintain and grow relationships: Stay closely connected with existing clients checking in regularly to ensure their needs are met and to uncover opportunities for growth.
About You
Previous sales experience is preferred but not required for this position
Confident & energetic: You bring positive energy to every interaction adapting your approach to suit different customer scenarios and personalities.
Persuasive & customer-focused: While prior sales experience is a plus we value your ability to influence engage and build strong customer connections.
Tech-savvy: Youre confident using digital tools CRM systems and sales platforms and you adapt quickly to new technology.
Detail-oriented: Youre thorough and precise when documenting customer interactions ensuring accurate records to support ongoing relationships.
