Job Summary

Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive/Sales Executive to join our dynamic BD team. The BDE/Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads meeting sales goals and revenue of sales. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify leads prospect opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients.

  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.

  • Negotiate and close sales deals while maintaining established sales quotas.

  • Lead generation initiatives.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities customer information and pipeline development in HubSpot system.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends market activities and competitors.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive Field B2B Sales or relevant role in SaaS industry.

  • Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and objectives.

  • Strong negotiation and closing skills with a keen ability to handle objections.

  • Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills.

  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

  • Minimum 2 years experience as a sales.

  • Able to work in Jakarta
