Role Summary

As an IT Solutions Consultant you will be at the forefront of driving our B2B business development initiatives. This is more than a traditional sales roleyoull engage with clients to understand their IT challenges and provide strategic solutions. You will lead the consultation process ensuring client satisfaction while working closely with internal teams to deliver results. If you are passionate about technology and problem-solving this role provides an excellent opportunity to grow in the fast-evolving IT services sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identifying and developing new B2B client relationships while maintaining existing partnerships.
  • Meeting and exceeding individual and team performance targets for sales and business development.
  • Conducting needs assessments to propose IT solutions including cybersecurity cloud services and IT integration.
  • Leading and managing business negotiations ensuring solutions align with client needs and expectations.
  • Coordinating with internal teams and external partners to resolve client issues and deliver seamless solutions.
  • Managing internal processes to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Business IT or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in B2B sales or a client-facing role within the IT or related sectors.
  • Skills:
    • Strong proficiency in English (TOEIC 750 or equivalent certification).
    • Excellent communication interpersonal and negotiation skills.
    • Self-starter with the ability to independently drive projects and achieve results.
    • Strong cross-functional collaboration and problem-solving abilities.
