Job Description

Primary Duties/Responsibilities

Distribution accounting - Sales accounting & revenue recognition

  • Ensure compliance & accuracy of revenue recognition & liability accrual
  • Ensure proper operation finance support e.g. customer billing payment collection customer reconciliation
  • Review business proposals and provide accounting instructions ensure proper control & accounting compliance for new business initiatives
  • Guide RTM execution & Cooper Order to Cash integration from accounting perspective

  • Guide RTM execution & Cooper Order to Cash integration from accounting perspective

Internal control & SOX

  • Support China controller to manage the quarterly letter of representation and SOX certification processes.
  • Drive business process change and control implementation to ensure proper issue closure
  • Ensure proper delivery of routine SOX & internal control tasks (quarterly 302 assessment Annual RACM review issue tracking & closure)
  • Support internal & external audit requirement

Required Experiences and Knowledge/Skill:

  • Minimum 10 to 15 years of accounting/finance experience in a multi-national organizations.
  • Thorough understanding of U.S. GAAP PRC GAAP accounting for complex sales transactions and internal controls in compliance with SOX.
  • Practical skills in relevant systems (SAP Office products Hyperion or similar application)
  • Able to quickly analyze complex concepts/business issues and drive clear solutions
  • Conflict management able to capture different perspectives and align actions deliver touch messages when necessary
  • Change management getting large groups on board with new processes and techniques effectively drive process changes
  • Effective communications able to present ideas and complex technical information clearly and persuasively to a wide range of audiences.
  • Interpersonal skills establish and maintain excellent relationships and credibility.
  • Demonstrate ethical and moral behavior; unquestionable integrity and character.
  • Highly organized and has ability to manage concurrent deadlines and multiple priorities.
  • Proved to be a energizing engaging and respected team leader can coach/develop talents and continuously grow the team
