Our client is a sizable firm that focuses in innovation and technology.Officer Robotics Platform (2-year contract renewable)Responsibilities:- Provide all-rounded administrative support to the daily operation of the Robotics Garage including but not limited to handling general enquiries administering booking schedule and preparing reports
- Greet visitors and introduce Robotics Garage to them in a professional and pleasant manner
- Support events from pre-event logistics on-site management to post-event reporting
- Perform any other tasks as assigned by supervisor
Requirements:- Tertiary education in business marketing hospitality or any other related disciplines
- Minimum 2 years working experience related to customer service administration or event support; experience in centre operation is an added advantage. Fresh graduate will also be considered.
- Able to work independently self-motivated and attention to details
- Outgoing cheerful and passionate in working with people from all backgrounds
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skill
- Good command of both English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
- Proficient in PC application including MS Word Excel and Chinese typing
- Willing to work on weekends occasionally
