Provide all-rounded administrative support to the daily operation of the Robotics Garage including but not limited to handling general enquiries administering booking schedule and preparing reports
Greet visitors and introduce Robotics Garage to them in a professional and pleasant manner
Support events from pre-event logistics on-site management to post-event reporting
Perform any other tasks as assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
Tertiary education in business marketing hospitality or any other related disciplines
Minimum 2 years working experience related to customer service administration or event support; experience in centre operation is an added advantage. Fresh graduate will also be considered.
Able to work independently self-motivated and attention to details
Outgoing cheerful and passionate in working with people from all backgrounds
Excellent interpersonal and communication skill
Good command of both English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
Proficient in PC application including MS Word Excel and Chinese typing
Willing to work on weekends occasionally
