Summary Our client is an established Chinese IT services company that is planning to expand overseas. As part of the growth plan they are looking to expand into South East Asia with Singapore as their regional office.
Role Summary:
As the Sales Director you will play a pivotal role in driving our regional expansion efforts. Your focus will be on developing and executing effective sales strategies fostering client relationships and achieving sales targets. Collaborating with cross-functional teams youll pioneer innovative approaches to ensure success in a competitive market.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement personal sales strategies aligned with our regional and annual business plans.
Generate orders from local and regional customers ensuring relevance and value.
Collaborate with various departments to create and refine sales methodologies.
Identify and engage target customers within the region meeting sales goals and ensuring timely payment.
Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships while fostering collaboration with partners.
Lead participation in key client/project bids negotiations and contract signings including contract approval.
Regularly conduct market research and analysis on local / regional IT outsourcing project customization solution and system integration etc. grasping market trends with excellent communication coordination and organizational skills
Deeply understand the industry updating the latest sales information to related departments for strategic business development and price positioning.
Qualifications /Skills/ Experience:
Bachelors degree or higher education level.
Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the IT services industry with at least 2 years in application project customization solution provision IT outsourcing and system integration sales.
Proficiency in application customization solutions provision IT outsourcing and system integration sales
Strong knowledge in Singapore or regional markets across business segments with good exposure to multiple sectors
Should be a self-driven entrepreneurial mentality and be ready to start from the scratch and build accounts.
Strong customer relationship skill at various levels from line managers to CXO level
Demonstrated ability to nurture existing clients while independently expanding the customer base
Ability to influence decision making and work across executive and operational levels on IT and Business side
Priority given to those with strong ties to Singapore NCS / ST Engineering and expertise in marketing software solutions in various sectors.
Strong skills in customer relations team coordination organization and problem-solving.
Effective communication high work responsibility strong customer service orientation teamwork and the ability to thrive under pressure.
Willingness to travel for business purposes.
