Job Description:
- Overseeing and managing administrative tasks including document control data entry and filing.
- Providing support to the Trade Marketing team by preparing necessary documentation.
- Creating and managing vendor profiles in the SAP system ensuring accurate processing of related payments.
- Handling general office operations such as scheduling meetings managing correspondence and coordinating with internal departments.
- Preparing updating and maintaining reports to ensure accuracy and timely submission.
- Assisting with financial and budget-related administrative activities.
- Liaising with external vendors and service providers to facilitate business operations.
- Ensuring all tasks comply with company policies and procedures.
- Performing additional administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in any related field.
- At least 5-6 years of experience in administration or coordination.
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Office especially Excel internet applications and related programs.
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively.
- Good command of English both oral and written.
- Proficiency with computers and software such as MS PowerPoint and Excel.
- Proficiency with the SAP program is an advantage.
