The Opportunity
When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs) you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services from Advisory to Assurance Tax and Business our innovative hubs youll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.
As part of the Oracle Finance team you will lead the delivery of integrated services and solutions focusing on enhancing client engagement and driving project success. As a Manager you will supervise develop and coach teams maintaining quality deliverables while navigating complex client needs and fostering meaningful relationships.
Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of integrated services and solutions for clients
- Supervise and develop team members to promote quality outcomes

What You Must Have
- Bachelors Degree
- 7 to 11 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
- Completed two end-to-end implementations in Fusion Finance
What Sets You Apart
- Proven experience in Oracle Cloud / Fusion Financials
- Demonstrating proficiency in financial data migration techniques
- Managing end-to-end implementations of Fusion Finance modules
- Understanding and articulating business requirements effectively
- Collaborating with teams to resolve financial application issues
- Conducting user training sessions and business requirement meetings
- Generating reports to communicate application health
- Preparing process flows and requirement documents
- Broad knowledge of integration with other financial modules
