You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailDispenser II in the Department of Pharmacology and Pharmacy (Ref.: 532753) to commence as soon as possible on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme totalling up to 10% of basic salary and with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance.
Applicants should possess a Diploma or above with a minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience in community pharmacy hospital pharmacy clinic or healthcare setting; OR a Higher Diploma in Dispensing Studies or equivalent preferably with at least 2 years of relevant work experience in community pharmacy hospital pharmacy clinic or healthcare setting. They should have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; good interpersonal organizational and communication skills; patient-oriented strong computer literacy for example Microsoft Office Applications; willingness to learn and a strong sense of responsibility.
The appointee will be working closely with pharmacists in the HKUMed Community Pharmacy and will be responsible for dispensing inventory management and administrative duties of the pharmacy operation in various aspects such as procurement logistics reporting and documentation for legal compliance. Candidates with dispensing administrative or procurement experience in the community pharmacy setting would be an advantage.
Responsibilities:
A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered in addition to annual leave and medical benefits. 5-day work per week from 10:00 am to 6:45pm (1-hour lunch inclusive) and no shifts are required.
