Applicant should have a good bachelors degree with 2-3 years full-time work experience. They should have a good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua and Cantonese) with good organizational communication and project management skills as well as computer literacy. They should be detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task work well both independently and in a team as well as under pressure.
The appointee will provide administrative support to the execution of admissions process for the Facultys MBA programmes and perform other duties such as database management as well as invoice and purchase order processing. He/She will also be responsible for handling programme application documents admissions inquiries and internal communications with other departments and performing other duties as assigned. The appointee will work at the Facultys Cyberport campus. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test and an interview.
A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.
