Heres where youll demonstrate your competencies:

  • Strategic Leadership and Accountability: Independently oversee the end-to-end management of High Growth Market products ensuring customer satisfaction and business success. Drive strategic initiatives to maximize market penetration and profitability.
  • Business Development and Innovation: Develop and present comprehensive business cases for new manufacturing locations functionalities partnerships products and lifecycle management decisions. Lead market research efforts to identify customer needs and translate them into innovative solutions that drive growth and competitive advantage.
  • Program Management and Execution: Lead and manage cross-functional programs and initiatives including parts harvesting and reuse products. Directly manage and coordinate team efforts to ensure timely and effective delivery of project goals.
  • Expertise and Customer Advocacy: Serve as the subject matter expert and voice of the customer (VOC) for the product and market. Influence product development and positioning to meet the needs of target customer segments. Develop and implement value propositions business plans pricing strategies sales forecasts and market expansion plans.
  • Operational Excellence: Utilize Fortive Business System (FBS) tools such as Problem Solving and Daily Management to drive performance against key deliverables and KPIs. Identify and address any issues or inefficiencies to ensure operational excellence.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead cross-functional teams to deliver process and project goals aligned with the companys objectives and annual operating plan. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop training tools collateral and promotional materials. Work closely with R&D to scope and execute work releases on time.
  • Claims Development and Expansion: Formulate and expand compelling claims for High Growth Market product lines in collaboration with Medical Affairs Regulatory Research & Development and Information Technology.

  • Global Engagement and Networking: Travel globally as needed to build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders in the industry. Network with key team members within ASP and Fortive to drive collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Communication and Reporting: Proactively communicate business-related issues or opportunities to senior management. Provide regular updates and detailed trip reports following global engagements.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Perform other duties as assigned demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach to meeting evolving business needs.

This role requires a highly motivated and experienced professional with a proven track record of leading complex projects driving innovation and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

Our Needs

Heres what well need from you:

  • Background with Masters Degree. MBA is preferred.
  • Prior experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry isrequired.
  • A minimum of10 years of business experience is required.
  • A minimum of5 years of relevant experience inBusiness developmentMarketing Product Management and/or New Product Introduction is required.
  • Prior experience in external strategy / management consulting firms is preferred.
  • Strong organization and prioritization skills the ability to successfully lead complex projects from inception to conclusion and balance multiple projects/deliverables.
  • Interest in the business and industry and keep up with the economic trends as well as preparing competitor analysis market trends and associated commentary to senior management.
  • Ability to work independently proactively and with teams is required.
  • Developing analytical abilities (proficient in Excel trending P&L Analysis).
  • Interest in developing problem-solving skills with a fondness for providing solutions or paths to resolution on complex matters.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced high energy and customer focused environment.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and presentation abilities are required.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct VOC and synthesize into meaningful insights.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) in both English & Mandarin.
  • Personally motivated creative thinker and accountable team player.
  • Anticipates internal and/or external business challenges and/or regulatory issues.
  • Experience with Agile Development and user stories is preferred.
  • Developing proficiency of the Product Management skills framework: Insights Segmentation Positioning Value Proposition Business Model Innovation Creative Development and Investment Optimization.
  • Ability to learn complex technology/clinical applications and take initiative.
  • Strong Problem solving and decision-making skills
