We are seeking a dynamic Pharmaceutical Business Developer to join our team in Qatar. This position initially based in Hyderabad India offers an exciting opportunity to drive growth and expand our pharmaceutical business in the Middle East region.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to penetrate new markets and expand existing ones in the pharmaceutical sector
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities partnerships and collaborations with key stakeholders in the industry
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis to understand trends competition and potential growth areas
- Negotiate and close deals with pharmaceutical companies healthcare providers and distributors
- Manage and nurture relationships with clients partners and industry influencers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and market penetration
- Monitor and report on market dynamics competitive landscape and business performance
- Represent the company at industry events conferences and trade shows
- Stay updated on industry regulations and ensure compliance in all business development activities
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Pharmacy Business Administration or related field; MBA preferred
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in pharmaceutical business development or related field
- Proven track record of successfully identifying and closing business deals in the pharmaceutical industry
- Strong understanding of the drug development process and regulatory affairs
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills
- Proficiency in market analysis and strategic planning
- Experience with CRM software and data-driven decision making
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to relocate to Qatar
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
