How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW
The Controller for Home & Healthcare (HHC) is responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the HHC division. This role ensures accurate financial reporting robust financial planning and effective cost control. The Controller will work closely with the HHC CFO team to drive strategic decision-making and achieve financial objectives.
Key responsibilities:
Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze monthly quarterly and annual financial statements for the HHC division. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the annual budgeting process and develop accurate financial forecasts for the HHC division. Monitor budget performance and identify areas for improvement.
Cost Control: Implement and monitor cost control measures to optimize operational efficiency and profitability within HHC.
Financial Analysis: Conduct detailed financial analysis to support business decisions evaluate investment opportunities and assess the financial impact of new initiatives.
Internal Controls: Maintain and strengthen internal financial controls to safeguard assets and ensure data integrity.
Strategic Support: Partner with HHC leadership to provide financial insights and support strategic planning and execution.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other finance teams and departments to achieve overall company financial goals.

Education:
Finance Accounting or Business Management degree preferred
Soft and Hard Skills:
Must have:
Knowledge of Power BI
