Process end-to-end payroll for employees accurately and on time.
Maintain employee payroll records attendance leave data and deductions.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as PF ESIC PT TDS and other labor laws.
Generate and distribute salary slips tax statements and other payroll-related documents.
Handle employee queries related to payroll reimbursements and tax deductions.
Coordinate with the finance department for salary disbursement and reconciliations.
Prepare monthly payroll reports and MIS for management review.
Stay updated with payroll regulations tax laws and HR policies.
Assist in audits related to payroll and statutory compliance.
