Position Summary
The Senior Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the organization driving process improvements and ensuring operational excellence. This role involves managing cross-functional teams optimizing resources implementing business strategies and aligning operations with organizational goals to achieve sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities- Lead manage and mentor operational teams to ensure efficient performance and high employee engagement.
- Develop and implement operational strategies policies and procedures that improve productivity and reduce costs.
- Oversee end-to-end business operations including supply chain customer service project delivery and vendor management.
- Monitor KPIs and operational metrics preparing regular reports for leadership and stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma or similar methodologies.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align operations with long-term strategic objectives.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards quality management and risk controls.
- Manage budgets forecasts and resource planning to optimize financial performance.
- Handle escalated issues ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Foster a culture of accountability innovation and operational excellence.
