You will be working for a US-based Healthcare company developing Software Web and mobile apps to solve the current needs of the company and its clients in thehealthcarebusiness in North America
Were looking for a curious self-driven and collaborative UX Researcher Mixed Methods) to join our team and help us design with empathy and clarity. This is a fully remote role. As a UX Researcher youll be at the heart of understanding how real people interact with our products. Using both qualitative and quantitative research methods youll uncover user needs identify opportunities and guide product and design decisions that matter.

Job requirements
- 3 years of relevant professional experience in UX user research design research or a related field
- 3 years of relevant education such as a bachelors degree in Psychology Sociology HCI Anthropology Information Science or equivalent practical study
- Demonstrated experience conducting mixed methods research (qualitative quantitative)
- Experience planning and conducting research independently
- Strong communication skills able to synthesize complex findings and advocate for users
- Comfortable working self-directed in a remote team balancing multiple projects and shifting priorities
