Job Description
The Inside Sales / Lead Follow-Up Specialist will be responsible for contacting potential clients who have already expressed interest in the companys products. This role does not involve cold calling or commission-based selling but instead emphasizes relationship-building accurate product communication and consistent follow-through. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated organized and comfortable handling inbound lead follow-ups through phone and email.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up on warm company-generated leads via phone and email.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.
- Provide accurate product information and answer client inquiries.
- Track interest levels and update records in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely responses and follow-up.
- Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach at all times.
Qualifications:
- Previous inside sales or lead follow-up experience preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple leads and prioritize follow-ups effectively.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and follow-through skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
