Job Description

Description
In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
  • NPD project involvement: Participate in new product development team including:
    oSpecification analysis
    oCustomer engagement
    oProduct design and conceptualization
    oTimely project completion
  • Product design and development covering full lifecycle from concept to manufacture
  • Product performance evaluation: Create test matrices and assess product designs
  • Prepare comprehensive engineering documentation
  • Build and maintain nuclear application product technology database
  • Support additional engineering activities as required

For This Role You Will Need:
  • Bachelors degree or above in Mechanical Engineering
  • Minimum 3 years experience in mechanical design preferably in fluid control industry
  • Experience with New Product Development (NPD) stage-gate process
  • Nuclear industry experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Pro-E/Creo or other 3D engineering modeling tools
  • Strong MS Office skills for technical writing and presentations
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
  • Advanced degree in Engineering
  • Specific experience in nuclear solenoid valve design
  • Knowledge of international valve design standards
  • Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma certification (Green/Black Belt)
  • Demonstrated experience in process improvement and innovation methodologies
