Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Azure (PaaS/IaaS) and AWS cloud environments.
- Administer Microsoft Windows Server platforms ensuring stability scalability and performance.
- Support and manage Active Directory and Office 365 environments.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell.
- Utilize ServiceNow for incident problem and change management processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related issues across multiple platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure and compliant IT solutions.
- Participate in on-site IT operations patching upgrades and system optimization.
- Ensure adherence to banking industry compliance and security standards.
Mandatory Skills & Experience
- Proven hands-on experience with:
- Azure Cloud (PaaS/IaaS)
- AWS Cloud
- Office 365
- Active Directory
- PowerShell scripting/automation
- ServiceNow
- Microsoft Windows Servers
- Strong troubleshooting problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
