Key Responsibilities
- Develop and executesocial media campaignsacross major platforms
- Create and editshort-form video content(clips reels promos) for app promotion
- Coordinate with influencers and content creators to expand brand visibility
- Analyze content performance metrics and refine strategies for maximum impact
- Work closely with the founder to align creative output with app launches and updates
- 13 years of experience indigital marketing social media management and video production
- Strong creative skills with proficiency in short-form video tools (CapCut Premiere Canva etc.)
- Knowledge of influencer marketing and online community growth
- Analytical mindset to track KPIs and optimize campaigns
- Self-starter who can balance creative storytelling with data-driven decision making
- and Reddit experience essential
- Play a key role in scaling the visibility of multiple apps
- Blend creative and analytical skills in a fast-paced startup environment
- Direct collaboration with the founder on growth strategy
- Competitive compensation with potential to expand responsibilities as the company grows
