Job Description

Role: Account Management Ad Operations Executive

Reports to: Operations Manager (China - Team)

Location: Mainland China

This is a truly unique opportunity to be the first Ad Operations employee of an China business unit servicing global brands marketing to China consumers. The successful candidate will join a growing central team.

The Ad Operations Executive position will sit at the heart of the China team and will be focused on the smooth efficient execution of digital media campaigns. The individual will be tasked with managing technical elements of pre-campaign launch creative trafficking and data analysis/reporting. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • As this role requires to give support during Weekends (Saturday & Sunday(Sometimes)- compensatory off will be given accordingly) ( in short 5 Day working model only)
  • Creating an ad-serving package for clients and internal processes to deliver this Traffic creatives from systems such as DCM Celtra & Scoota into Appnexus & DBM
  • Lead special projects to ensure we have the best pre-campaign process and maximum creative compliance & capabilities e.g. creative design & build process SSL compliance flash to HTML5 migration
  • Scope & suggest new creative formats & ad-serving technologies which can drive the business forwards.
  • Consult with clients on the design & build of ad creatives to deliver an excellent pre-campaign service and experience
  • Project manage creative design & build from forming a brief through to managing the design agency quality assurance amends and client sign-off
  • Administrative duties

CRM Opportunity & IO management

Tracking & communicating your pods priority campaigns

  • Pre-campaign management

Pre-campaign sheet Creative Pixels collection and support

PMP Leverage existing deals & set up new ones

Project manage 3rd party relationships

Implementation of the MiQ product suite CiQ Motion Elevate etc

  • Troubleshooting

Creative testing

Amendments to set up

Commercial firefighting

  • Campaign Activation

Send screenshots and organize reporting

Assist with benchmarks & up weights

  • Support rebooking completion
  • Insight Planning

Inputs Considering client objectives client challenges vertical-specific insights & macro factors.

Internal project management

End of Campaign Manage the delivery of insights back to the client

  • Finance administration

PO gathering

Reconciliations & invoice queries

  • Supporting client engagement via hotdesking client calls AiQx demos & other requests
  • Maintain the highest level of service both internally and externally
  • Besides ad ops also need to do AM work as required

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

  • 1-4 years with Strong Ad-ops trafficking campaign management/Client servicing and troubleshooting skills.
  • Expert in at least one of the domains of programmatic or social advertising (paid media) Building relationships with clients.
  • Hands-on experience on more than one digital platform. (Ad server / DSP / SSP / DMP etc.)
  • Advanced knowledge of 3rd party Ad platforms (Ad server / DSP / SSP / DMP etc.) Knowledge of the programmatic buying process. Knowledge of HTML5 and basic JavaScript is a plus.
  • Proven team management prioritization and team training skills. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment.
  • 1-4 Years of experience in Digital trafficking / Client Coordination role.
  • Experience in dealing with Clients from China. Lead multiple clients through layered and structured digital strategy solutions has added advantage
  • Expert in at least one of the domains programmatic or social advertising (paid media) Building relationships with clients.
  • Experience managing multiple time-sensitive tasks to completion prioritizing accordingly
  • Evidence of implementing new processes that promote operational efficiency

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Experience with programmatic technology platforms i.e. DSPs DMPs etc.
  • Working knowledge and understanding of Javascript HTML5
  • Strong communication skills; an ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • Alignment with MiQs core values/culture
