Job Description
The primary responsibility of the IT Coordinator is to ensure that the offices technical systems are running smoothly and efficiently allowing all team members to perform their duties effectively in their respective roles. We are seeking a passionate IT enthusiast or super nerd to serve as the first line of technical support.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware software technology and networking issues.
- Maintain and troubleshoot servers and creative workstations both Mac and PC.
- Manage and address rendering processes and related challenges.
- Create and sustain user accounts across various platforms including computer systems email Slack FTP and VPN.
- Administer the inventory of computer equipment.
- Conduct daily maintenance to ensure proper workstation organization implement software and hardware updates and oversee printer functionality
