Position Overview:
As an IT Management Office (ITMO) you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the IT departments budget ensuring the smooth execution of IT projects and using data analysis to inform decision-making processes. This role requires close collaboration with the finance team and various departments globally to achieve IT strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage the IT department/projectss budget to ensure effective allocation of resources.
- Coordinate and support multiple IT projects to ensure timely and quality completion.
- Utilize data analysis tools and techniques to evaluate IT project performance and provide reports to management.
- Collaborate with the finance department to handle international IT budget issues.
- Develop and implement IT development strategies that align with the companys long-term goals.
- Communicate and coordinate with different departments globally to ensure consistency and efficiency in IT solutions.
Requirements:
- Degree in Finance or a related field with knowledge of IT project management and data analytics.
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience preferably in a multinational company setting(Fresh Grad with finance/account IT experience also welcome).
- (MUST)Fluent in English and native in Cantonese.
- Strong data analysis skills and proficiency with data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication skills capable of effectively interacting in a multicultural environment.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain productivity under pressure.
