Your Tasks
The Assistant Network & Inventory Planning Manager role is responsible in balancingdemand & supply of the respective planning assortment. He/she creates a feasible supplyplan which ensures product availability while keeping inventory and cost low. The NIP issource oriented meaning his/her assortment is defined by a resource cluster (fill/pack andsemi-finished-goods lines). The focus lays on the operational & tactical horizon (week 3 months 24).
- Demand Requirements Planning and Deployment
- Alert & Conflict Management
- Inventory & Safety Stock Planning and actions to adjust.
- Master Production Scheduling (Volume Planning & Campaign Planning) andhandover to Detailed Schedule
- Capacity Planning for all resources of own assortment including 3PM Overspilland/or PC backup for own assortment.
- Master Data maintenance of selected planning master data
- Facilitates a proper phase-in / out planning process and triggers leftovermanagement process.
- Drives continuous improvement of efficiency and effectiveness of the planningprocess.
- Represents Planning in the BAP and SPEED meetings.
Your Profile
- University degree (Minimum . or Similar) inEconomics/Mathematics/Engineering or equal
- 3-5years of relevant work experience in supply planning (having productionplanning knowledge would is a plus)
- Proven strengths in teamplay within a diverse setting of cultures
- Result-oriented combined with assertiveness & Persuasiveness
- Strong skills in relationship building communication and moderation.
- Proven analytical and end to end thinking including commercial thinking
- Advance Microsoft Excel is preferable
- Business level fluency in English
