Position: Asst Mgr/Dy Manager Sales
Industry Focus: Mining Metals Cement and Steel
Location: Kolkata Eastern India
Experience: 8 to 10 years
Qualification: B.E. / . in Mechanical Engineering
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Asst Mgr/Dy Manager Sales to drive new business development for torque limiting couplings and related products in the Mining Metals Cement and Automobile sectors across India.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead sales & marketing activities for Safe Set Couplings Universal Joint Shafts and Highly Flexible Couplings

Identify and develop new business opportunities particularly in rolling mills crushers and roller presses

Track project opportunities and maintain accurate sales data (e.g. Salesforce)

Conduct regular site/plant visits build strong client relationships and ensure companys products are specified/approved
-
Make technical presentations and coordinate product specifications with the sales support team

Perform commercial and legal feasibility checks with internal stakeholders
-
Prepare and submit offers negotiate with clients and coordinate with cross-functional teams (PM Engineering Order Centre)

Monitor collections and support overall business growth strategy
Skills Required:

Strong understanding of the Mining & Metals industry

Experience in capital equipment/industrial product sales

Ability to work independently and in coordination with global teams

Strong communication negotiation and technical presentation skills
