Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Analyst with a strong background in Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) preferably with hands-on experience in Conga CLM. The ideal candidate will play a key role in the successful delivery of new implementation projects working closely with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams for CLM solutions.
Lead requirement gathering analysis and documentation for Contract Lifecycle Management initiatives.
Translate business needs into functional requirements and use cases.
Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement CLM solutions ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and support post-implementation activities.
Provide insights and recommendations to optimize CLM processes.
Support the change management process by developing user training and documentation.

Mandatory Skills

Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) expertise Conga CLM experience preferred
Strong analytical and documentation skills.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Proven experience working on development/new implementation projects.

Proficiency Level

Experience as a Senior Business Analyst with CLM (Conga CLM preferred): Level 5 (Expert)
