Key Responsibilities
- Gathering verifying and validating billing data from internal systems to ensure accuracy and completeness before invoicing.
- Performing precise billing calculations based on contract terms pricing agreements and service metrics while ensuring alignment with client agreements and regulatory standards.
- Identifying and resolving billing discrepancies or inconsistencies by collaborating with relevant teams to maintain data integrity.
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements in pre-billing procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Maintaining rigid internal SLAs to ensure seamless invoicing and high client satisfaction.
- Overseeing adherence to all sales operations processes ensuring compliance with internal controls company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Monitoring and adjusting Salesforce CRM usage ensuring Key Account Managers Inside Sales and Channel Partner teams maintain data quality per SOPs.
- Working closely with Country Ops and Commercial teams to implement manage and maintain data integrity in Salesforce (SFDC) for proper sales governance.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in any field.
- 1-3 years of experience in business operations preferably with expertise in finance within B2B SaaS enterprise corporate or startup environments.
- Ability to work independently analyze data and optimize business operations for greater efficiency.
- Advanced skills in MS Excel/Google Sheets for data cleaning analysis and organization (expert-level proficiency required).
- Strong English communication skills (spoken and written) to engage effectively with regional stakeholders across SEA.
- Highly motivated ambitious and capable of thriving in a fast-paced VUCA (Volatile Uncertain Complex Ambiguous) environment while demonstrating integrity and professionalism.
