You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe role of the Trauma Triage and Intake (TTI) Officer is to be the first response to 1800 phone and in-person enquiries for RASAs trauma-specific services. The TTI officer will complete trauma triage which involves first level screening engagement and specialised intake with new clients who contact any of the nominated programs.

Who we are looking for
We are seeking a compassionate and highly skilled professional who can provide trauma-informed first-response support with sensitivity and care. The ideal candidate will have strong assessment and engagement skills enabling them to triage client needs effectively provide clear information and make warm appropriate referrals to ensure clients feel safe and supported from their very first contact.
