Job Summary
About you
Youll bring the following:
- Experience in a Chef De Cuisine role managing successful daily operations ideally in a buffet or bulk cooking operation
- Understanding of food safety standards and HACCP
- Experience in a large five-star organisation with exposure to high volume
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Cook Chill Operation experience desirable
Qualifications :
Certificate 3&4 Commercial Cookery / Kitchen Management
