Our team is famous for being themselves and having a laugh. As a Food & Beverage Attendant no two days will be the this fast paced role youll build lasting rapport with our guests by delivering tailored and authentic service. So can you pitcher a career with us Then wed love to hear from you!
A day in the life of a Food & Beverage Attendant:
- Be the face of the floor connecting with guests and making sure every visit is a memorable one.
- Share your passion for our products and recommend the perfect meal or drink to make a guests day.
- Deliver top-notch customer service and make every interaction fun and memorable.
- From the first pour of the day to the final lock-up youll be on the front lines making sure our standards are sky-high and the experience is one to remember.
- Help the gaming and wagering team when needed and legally able
Qualifications :
About you:
- You are great with people detail and communication and are motivated to make magic happen for your guests and your teammates
- You have flexible availability across the day evenings and weekends ( Wednesday Friday and Saturday is highly sought after)
- You hold a current RSA certificate. Holding an RCG and Gaming Licence is not essential but is also a bonus as we have gaming shifts availble for the right candidate.
- Youll be yourself and come as you are - ALH is known for its people!
