Are you a detail-oriented and analytical professional who wants to make a tangible impact on a global scale At Colgate Business Services were looking for a Payroll Analyst who sees beyond the numbers. This is a crucial role where youll ensure our teams are paid accurately and on time while also acting as a key partner in driving process excellence and providing strategic insights.
This isnt a purely transactional job; its an opportunity to be a problem-solver a trusted advisor and a custodian of our ethical standards. Youll be at the heart of our operations ensuring that what we do aligns with our values.
What Youll Do:
- Lead with Expertise: Partner with our payroll vendor and local teams to guarantee timely and accurate payroll processing.
- Be a Problem-Solver: Conduct root cause analysis on potential errors and propose constructive preventive actions to improve our processes.
- Drive Financial Integrity: Accurately calculate and process critical employee payouts such as retroactive salary adjustments and vacation days.
- Provide Strategic Insight: Generate and present reports from our vendor systems to key stakeholders helping them make informed business decisions.
- Champion Our People: Serve as a trusted point of contact for payroll inquiries from employees and HR ensuring you listen with empathy and speak openly to build trust.
- Ensure Compliance and Auditing: Process audit and validate timekeeping data and assist with internal external and regulatory audits to do whats right.
- Embrace Ownership: Take ownership of process documentation ensuring our Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are up-to-date and robust backup plans are in place.
What Youll Bring:
- Bachelors Degree
- 1-2 years of proven experience in Payroll Finance or Human Resources.
- Advanced English proficiency to collaborate effectively with our global teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen interest in finding solutions and improving processes.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- A strong sense of integrity and confidentiality to handle sensitive information with the utmost care
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and the ability to work with large data sets.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on empathy clarity and transparency.
